His website claims that he will represent clients to the IRS and resolve tax issues - none of which he did for me - even though he had no problem cashing my check for his fee. First, he failed to file my 2012 tax return - the job I paid him to do. Then, he refused to work with me to pay the $600 'failure to file' penalty!
