He spoke to me like I was an inconvenience, blamed me for issues that were entirely within his responsibility, and showed zero professionalism or basic human decency. I was talked down to, rushed, and pressured into accepting terms I wasn't comfortable with just to get this nightmare over with. Then came the real incompetence. I was explicitly told that the firm would accept service on my behalf -- yet I was still served legal papers at my home residence. Total failure. That alone proves how careless and disorganized they are. It caused unnecessary panic, stress, and chaos because I was falsely reassured everything was "handled." It absolutely was not. And after all of that? They had the audacity to charge my card $3,500 for services that were not rendered. No protection, no execution, no results -- just a bill.
