The pendant was sent the very next day gift wrapped and in time for our wedding anniversary. I am glad in a way they are situated in London as if they were in Glasgow I would have serious problems resisting some of the pieces. Just great to see independents in High Streets full of blah.

Luckily for me I ended up in Clapham that weekend and popped into this branch! They had the perfect size and I now have a brilliant sexy blue dress with a pretty blue bow at the back. Only £45 quid too. All of the clothes are lovely here. Especially the dresses. Some of them are very expensive, but that just gives you a nice surprise when you find a bargain. The lady who served me was lovely. This branch isn't nearly as pretty as the Greenwich branch, but the clothes are still great. It's more relaxed. The staff in the Greenwich branch never talk to me but I had a nice chat with the lady serving me. Unfortunately, I was having such a nice chat with the lady serving me, that she didn't take the tag off the dress. So I've paid for it, and I somehow left the shop, but now I have to call them and explain why I have a dress with a tag and proof of purchase. I'm a bit confused about how I didn't get arrested Still, I could do with a new coat so I'll have a bit of a look around while I'm back there. Hopefully they'll take the tag off that. Maybe it's a sneaky way of getting people to go back to the shop

They also have the nicest high street jewellery in my opinion, as well as great gift ideas. My only negative regarding jewellery is that a few bracelets I've had from here have tarnished and don't look great now. Their homeware changes frequently so it's nice to see new stuff to add to my colourful collection. They have reasonably priced face masks which are great stocking stuffers. They also have bags, bag straps, dog accessories and currently have Christmas decorations. Plus they have a hilarious range of cards. Definitely worth checking out.

They sell all sorts of interesting jewellery and hair accessories. The products thus far appear to be of good quality but do come at a price: 1 hair clip with a flower on it cost about 18 GBP. Upon entering, I was greeted by a staff member with a small fake flower and upon leaving I had a choice of a 'gift' of a little 10 page notebook or some sort of small satin satchel. I find these 'gift' gestures a bit gimmicky and would prefer less free 'gifts' and perhaps passing that savings on to the consumer in the price of the products. I'm docking 2 stars because there was an offer at the front of the store indicating if you bought 3 items, you received a 20% discount. I picked 2 of the 18 pound hair clips and a headband and was informed at the register that my 2 hairclips only counted as 1 item, because they were on offer for 2 for 30 pounds. I saw this as a really round-about way of cheating a customer out of an expected savings when they've already queued up to pay. That said, I'll give one star back because the staff were very friendly and even got me a new hair clip when they noticed that the one I chose wasn't quite clicking together as it should have. Oh and the music in the store was kickin'!
