I wish I could put zero stars this is the worst place I have ever lived. My peace is really being…read moremessed with due to over 30 noise complaints on my neighbor to the rental office and nothing being done at all with evidence submitted. It's been from playing music to bumping loudly waking me up and yelling in the middle of night or early morning during quiet hours. I have had this problem since moving here in 2024 I am still having issues in 2026. This apartment does not give two fucks about noise complaints so if you like a noisey neighbor and no one doing shit about it move here today !! Also my lease is over in September I would not move here in general but do not move to apartment 6303 that's where the annoying fucking neighbor lives he is in 6306 and he has immunity. (The screenshots are emails I've sent the rental office these are a few out of the many I have it has the time and dates just so people who want to move here are aware they do nothing) Also rental office do not comment because you guys haven't done shit and you offered me to move why the hell would I move when I'm paying my rent on time and following the rules the loud ass neighbor needs to be moved or evicted at this point.

I can tell you that only about 15% are what I consider quality and if you find a good one then you stick with them. Henshaw Electric has done multiple jobs for me from small troubleshooting to large projects and has even solved problems that FOUR other contractors missed. They were always on time,always showed up,always clear about the scope and cost of work and they were always the best price. this is why after 3 jobs I quit calling for other quotes. If you choose to post a negative review then be clear on the nature of your complaint instead of just low shot single sentence hillbilly simpleton whining.
