I've had 12 appointments over the past few weeks and it is very easy to schedule an appointment and they only take 5 minutes. They were always ready for me when I got there, I never had to wait. I would even get there 30 minutes early sometimes and they would just take care of me right away. They are really easy to reschedule with if you need to move something around too. The best part is that they are literally the nicest people I have ever met. The two ladies at the front desk always greet you by name and are really friendly in all your interactions with them and Dr. Boehmer was also always really kind and friendly. A year later I get a bill from them, I immediately called to see why because my insurance covers chiropractic 100% come to find out Richey Chiropractic dropped their contract with my insurance company and never notified me. So now I am stuck with a bill because I was out of network for the past year I was going. When I asked why they didn't notify me they told me it was not there responsibility to notify me. I don't know about you but every doctor's office I have ever went to they always ask what insurance you have and they advise you if you are out of network. I must add as well they wouldn't work with me on my bill and took no responsibility at all.

And never got a call back, forcing me to spend 4th of July weekend in pain. And it only got worse. And after texting me I was a dumbass, I ended my business with Beck Wellness. They did call, totally arrogant about the whole thing, blaming me and lying to my face. Even after I showed them copies of all the phone records and text proving they never called me. And Dr Beck claims he was sitting there Thursday late afternoon when they were talking to me. BS And anyone that has a saying "I deal with difficult situations not difficult people" has a real problem with people that stands up to his BS. So in recap, He couldn't do a simple adjustment, he lied to my face, and now he only wants to refund $60 of the $80 I have on the books. So I assume he is a thief also. Update, they did steal $20 from me, so he is indeed a thief along with being a scank chiropractor. The only thing he is a Dr. of is bs!
