My daughter had a truly disheartening experience today interviewing for a position with State Farm agent Sergio Bio at the Clifton office. This wasn't an interview. It was a condescending interrogation. Sergio repeatedly grilled her about her unemployment status despite her clearly stating that she worked as an on-call teachers assistant and held a summer job. He spent an absurd amount of time on a single topic: her car. Was it hers? Did she share it? Was she sure it was her own car? It was invasive and entirely irrelevant He then had the audacity to question her intelligence, demanding she defined the word administrative just because she used it to describe her job search. She was so upset by his behavior that she ended the interview, and his final response was an angry, "oh really, you wanna end this?" No one deserves to be treated this way. If you are a job seeker, particularly a young woman, please be cautious when interviewing at this office. Sergio's unprofessionalism reflects poorly on the entire State Farm brand. My daughter was right to terminate the interview. It takes great professionalism and self-respect, to recognize a toxic situation and walk away.

After reviewing my phone calls with the MetLife Customer Service Reps regarding the policy cancellation issue (see previous review), MetLife decided they were going to give me a refund even though I didn't want one. What I really wanted is for MetLife to make this form clearer. I was told by Angela, in Customer Service, that a change to the form is in the works AND they are processing a refund.
