This agency is run by the biggest crook Salikha Berkovich. Totally unprofessional, lying and deceiving person who would do anything just to get her commission paid. During my phone conversation I specifically explained to her that I do not give my permission to add my trucks to the commercial policy because I am turning them in to the bank. I further explained to her that my husband FORGED my signature to re-register the truck without my permission. Next week I find out she went ahead and added vehicles to the policy right after I instructed her not too!!! If you are looking to use services of a professional agent please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This office is run by the biggest scammer and crook I`ve encountered.
