Had eye exam also ... 2nd set supposedly was 40% off ... all said and done was $590 for the pair and my insurance covered $170 of that .. my out of pocket was $420 .. I really am not sure whether they are the prescription , my old glasses I see clearer with ... After complaining was told to give it a few days for my eyes to adjust I agreed , seems too strong ! The big disappointment is that I mentioned to girl when initially buying that I would like a nice glass cases to go with these , tells me sure we will get you some nice glass holders .. I get the glass holders and this was what was handed to me , I complained and was given a clear plastic glass holder that I did not want .. this is a picture of the glass case holders I had gotten for 2 sets of glasses costing $600

Sure they farm everything out, so they can say "we" didn't do it, But I'm out the time and money spent on them!!! I will never go back to this place again!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They suck beyond belief!!! Totally unprofessional in my opinion, Give them the time they will disappoint you!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! This has happened to me twice! I should never have given them a second chance, as nothing has changed. JMO.
