I'm going to start out by saying I will come back and update this review if things are different on…read moremy next visit. I have been a patient of Dr. Goodrich's for almost 20 years. I started seeing her back when the practice was over on Lyndhurst Avenue. I went in for my annual exam in October 2025. My appointment was for 8:45. I got to the office in plenty of time. The little sheet they hand you to give to the nurse said it was printed at 8:32. I sat right next to the door where they call you back to the suite. I waited, and watched as women who came in after me got called back. I got curious to see how long it would take them to call me back, so I did not approach the front desk, though they could see me sitting there. Every time a nurse came out and called someone else back, I would sigh loudly and look at my watch. I was finally called back at 9:30. I asked the nurse if they were busy and she just kind of mumbled a reply. We did my vitals and I was shown to the exam room. I undressed and sat on the edge of the exam table, waiting. At 9:48, the doctor knocked and came in. That is a full 63 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The entire time I was waiting, I was hoping I would get a patient satisfaction survey after my visit. As luck would have it, I got one the next day. I laid in to them. I told them about my wait, and all of the women that arrived after me that were called back first. I told them the only reason I continue to come to the practice is that Dr. Goodrich is able to give me an exam without it hurting. Radiation treatments for rectal cancer have caused issues for me. I received a phone call from the practice manager, who seemed appalled by my experience, the next day. We spoke for probably close to half an hour. I suggested some things they could do, as I am sure I am not the first woman to experience that. For example, putting signs up saying to let the front desk know if it is 15 minutes past your appointment time and you have not been called back. We'll see if any of my suggestions were taken when I go back later this year for my annual visit. Another reason I am giving a lower rating is the fact that they seem to go all out in October for breast cancer awareness, but do nothing in September for GYN cancer awareness. I even asked the nurse who did my vitals if the place was awash in teal in September, the way it was awash in pink in October. She told me that some people wear teal shirts. The little bulletin boards in the exam rooms that you look at as you are waiting for the doctor to come in always have information about breast cancer, but never have information about GYN cancer. I pointed this out during my phone call with the practice manager. I said having a sign with the symptoms of GYN cancer on it, might just get a woman to mention to her doctor that she has been experiencing some. GYN cancers are notoriously caught in later stages, because women put off their symptoms to other things, like period cramps or GI upset. Don't get me wrong here, my mom was a two time breast cancer survivor. I do not begrudge the breast cancer awareness. I happen to be an ovarian cancer survivor, so I am more attuned to that. The practice manager said they were thinking of going digital with their bulletin boards. She said that she would suggest they add information about GYN cancers to it. Again, I will update this review if I see improvements the next time I go.

Eric Usher. Multiple providers tried to push birth control onto me when I said no, him included. I told them about my health concerns, worsening pain, odd hormone test results, and they refused to do anything other than offer birth control that I had already rejected. They didn't bother to test for a pregnancy. Dr. Usher even mistakenly sent me an email he meant to send to his receptionist about me, essentially claiming that I was a nuisance and assured me that no other provider would tell me anything different. This was a lie - a dangerous one. I was pregnant, and another provider confirmed it. They did do something different after all. It could've been ectopic, I could've died. Thankfully, it was a normal pregnancy with a subchorionic hemorrhage. I called the president of the practice and she was horrified to hear about how I'd been treated - even how one provider, Katie Henderson, falsely claimed that people stopped producing hormones after menopause. During my first pregnancy, I was told I would lost access to care from them for so much as asking about the possibility of home birth. Don't accept poor treatment from this office just because of the provider shortage and don't let them push you around. Bring up every concern to leadership and get everything on record. Their bad behavior could cost someone their life, the life of their child, or worse. Before considering them, please make sure that they've dealt with their issues for your own safety. I won't be back unless I have no other options.

She listened to all of my issues, asked good questions about it all, and then explained to me in amazing detail her thoughts on it all. She offered me treatment options but did not pressure me into anything. She not only gave me peace of mind on my symptoms and experiences but she also explained the why of all of the symptoms. She spent over 30 minutes in the room with me, longer than any doctor ever has. She was so caring and she was so sweet. I cannot thank her enough for the amazing care she provided me with. I will come back here for all my needs and recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

I needed to have my annual and when I called I was able to get an appointment really quickly. I was concerned this would be a problem as a lot of people were changing insurance this year. My initial interaction was with Tammy when I called to schedule and let me say she had the friendliest voice, sometimes you dread calling a doctors office and this time I did not. My second interaction was the front desk staff, genuinely very nice women who looked like they enjoyed their jobs. The lobby area was comfortable and warm(in 30 degree weather i appreciated that) next I met with Andrea my medical assistant i believe was her role and chefs kiss she was fantastic great personality, patient skills on point and just a friendly individual to talk to. Lastly was my new obgyn Dr. Simone Autry-Lott. First off it was really nice to have a woman of color be my doctor as I haven't had this often, most of my doctors have been white males which isn't a problem, but it's nice to have someone who understands you and your culture and your body. However, one thing that has not changed is the exceptional level of patient service, care, expertise, empathy and compassion. Though the demands on the staff have exponentially increased, they at every opportunity give extraordinary care. Dr. Jill Wagoner is a surgeon and an OBGYN. She is smart, thorough and she has a great sense of humor and bedside manner. She saved my life with an early diagnosis of cancer. She and Dr. Miller were incredible. I would never have given my granddaughter her first piano lesson or held my new grand-baby. I am so grateful. I count it a privilege to be her patient and will continue to be so as long as she practices medicine.

It is currently 2:40 PM on a Tuesday afternoon and it says the office is closed and when I attempt to reach the doctor on-call or a nurse, I get no I answer. I have 2 weeks left in my pregnancy and I haven't been contacted about an appointment or anything. At this point I will be requesting a referral to Cone hospital in Greensboro because this is just ridiculous. The girls at the front desk were incredibly sweet, but that was the last of my positives for this office. The medical assistant who roomed me was nice enough but she was judgemental as she typed in my medical complaints and my personal information. She took my blood pressure and did not even look at the dial as it went, I am healthy and have a good pressure but if she made mine up, does she make up others who may not be healthy?? Dr Hall came in, we barely spoke and he said "let's just go ahead and get the exam done and we can speak more after". He did not verbalize through the exam and he touched me unexpectedly and without warning a few times. He told me to get dressed, then several minutes later he came in with my end of visit summary and a birth control pamphlet. He did not listen to me, ask me any questions or answer any of mine. He was incredibly dismissive and made me feel like I was being dramatic. I chose him because his reviews called him patient, empathetic and kind. He was not like that with me. He incorrectly documented most of what I said in his doctors summary and I had to reach out to request for it to be amended. I personally will never step foot in this office again and I would never suggest it to anyone I know.

He wants you to have a positive experience and makes sure to listen to what matters to YOU. Being a solo practitioner means he doesn't have a manager telling him what he HAS to do to take care of his patients. If you want compassionate, ethical care, you want Dr Dorn! He was willing to let me attempt VBAC with my second child and even attempted an ECV for me when that stubborn boy presented breech. He was willing to allow me to labor and attempt breech delivery even though that ended up being something I wasn't comfortable with- it felt completely different than any medical care I'd received elsewhere in the past. It was MY choice for MY baby and MY body. I opted for repeat c-section which ended as a beautiful experience too. I will ALWAYS recommend Dr Dorn to everyone. His assistant, Iris, is amazing as well. Very compassionate. Very kind.

You receive top quality care and do not have to sit in the waiting room for an hour to be seen for only a few minutes. I switched to this practice because I didn't want to be a number at a larger facility and I am so glad I did! The entire office staff knows you by name and I never waited more than 10 minutes at most for my appointment. What makes this practice stand out for me is that after your exam is complete, Dr. Evans brings you to his personal office to discuss your health or his findings. You never feel rushed and always leave fully informed on your overall checkups. Not sure if they are accepting new patients, but if they are definitely consider giving this practice a try. Most insurance plans seem to be in network which is an added benefit for me. Great team, great doctor!!!

I saw Charlotte Nche, NP to establish a chart and she was very attentive, easy to talk to and I felt like she really cared about me and my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. LeBauer is apart of the Cone Health system so you are able to use their MyChart portal to update your information, to see any test results and to communicate with the office. This eliminated having to fill out that stack of paperwork you normally fill out at the doctors office which I greatly appreciated. Both my initial visit and return to have blood work done were very timely. For my initial visit I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back and the bloodwork took about 10 minutes total from my arrival to me walking out the door. Overall I am happy to be a patient at this location.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. My wait wasn't long at all. Matter of fact, I pulled out my phone in the waiting area to play a quick game. I couldn't finish a round before my name was called. That is amazing to me...I can raise my hand if asked if I've ever waited in what feels like a waiting room purgatory. The nurse quickly got me checked in. She explained the process thoroughly. She was very friendly. My visit was to see Charlotte Nche. She is so nice and considerate. She answered all of my questions. The lab team was also friendly. Everyone seemed pleasant. I would highly recommend going. This location is clean, modern and based on my first impression, I think they take care of their patients. I got really good vibes during my appointment. Oh...before I forget, I got my labs literally the next day with a follow up phone call. I just love it when I strike gold with any business!
