They did an ok job on the pitched part, but an absolutly SHITTY job on the flat part. It was leaking within the first year... They told me I had a 15 year warranty. To this day I havn't been able to get them to even go out and look at it. I would take legal action, but my business partner has lost the paperwork and contract on the job... I have had other contractors out to look at it and they couldn't believe that these guys charged me $8,000. They just laughed at the job Blaha did..and mentioned that they used old materials and methods no longer used. I also had Blaha put on new gutters of which half were falling off, or had already fallen off within the first year as well... I could go on and on, But I will leave it at that.

I used this company in 2013 following a damaging hail storm. That was my big mistake. The…read morereplacement of the roof has been okay so far but the gutters were a very poor job. I have icicles hanging from the gutter work over the front porch and then drip on the steps going off my front porch as the weather warms and then freeze over night and it is a sheet of ice on those steps. Come spring, I complained and they came back and looked and said they would come back. After a couple of months with no one coming back, I wrote the owner a letter expressing how disappointing dealing with them has been. They came back, made some adjustments and it improved that water wasn't overflowing from the gutters as much but obviously not completely otherwise I would not have icicles forming. For the amount my ins. company paid them 25,000, I feel they hired workers for a cheap job and pocketed the rest. Maybe if you work with the owner you would get a better job, but who knows why take a chance . There has to be better contractors out there, they couldn't be worse.. I come in and out my garage and you have to be in the dining room to notice the icicles and last winter I noticed they were worse than former winters. Today, in another area I was trying to put the downspout at the bottom back on and can't but why does it fall off from time to time and what happened to it now that I can't get it back on. I have lived in this house since 1998 and never had this trouble with the downspouts and in fact they were better gutters because the bottom was on hinges and as the guys cut my grass they could lift the downspout up out of the way. These are not on hinges. Just wanted my house back the way it was before the storm. My mistake - big mistake in who I selected. Never had used my insurance nor never had home damage before in the 30 years I;ve been with Am Family Ins. This has been a learning experience. Beware and careful who you hire.

When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. When I got home the roof looked amazing and when I had questions Brandon was happy to come back out and explain everything. If you need exterior work done, call these guys and you wont regret it.

AGR was terrible with communication, we did not know when the roof would be done or when their contractors would show up. We had people showing up randomly, sometimes not even doing any work, leaving our gate open, and leaving materials all over our yard and driveway. After the roof was completed, there were nails all over our yard and driveway. The roof looked terrible when it was completed, did not look professional at all. And on top of that, our brand new fence gate was damaged and bent by AGR employees and they have not addressed that concern at all. Trying to get ahold of anyone to address our concerns has been the most difficult process ever. It is now 6+ months later, and we have not had some of the work done that was promised by AGR. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a great, professional roofing service.

I have an audio recording of them stating they would cover the deductible as proof. They are claiming that this was because I didn't hire them to replace my windows but they stated they would add a 30% markup to the windows and stated there wasn't enough insurance money to cover it. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this outfit.

I called that fabulous service! Over the last 15 years or so, Drey Roofing Inc. has replaced my asphalt roof and my barn metal roof after extreme hail damage. Had a leaky roof that had done some damage and was leaking down and through a light fixture. Came…read moreout and gave us a quote and decided to use them since we had used them in the past at our old house. Came out and replaced the gutters and replaced the rotted section of the roof that was damaged. I inspected the work and found that they had nicked the new concrete patio, left several nails in the yard, had put a hinged gutter on when we had told them specifically that we did not want that and when I ran the hose on the roof the leak was still there. Called them and they came out and fixed the gutter and then told me that they would need to tear up more of the roof and flashing in order to fix the leak and quoted us another $600 to do so. Was not happy about it but we needed to get the leak fixed so they told us they would be out on Monday to fix the problem. Monday morning came and nobody showed up, called them and they said they had a bigger job they had to do and would not be able to get to ours that day. Told them that why we were not as important as the bigger customer and told them they needed to do what they told us or they would be getting paid for the rest of the gutter job. Called us back later in the day and told me they would make things right and guaranteed me they would be there the next day. Next morning they called and said they could not make it out again. I called White Castle roofing and had them come out to give us a quote since I had enough of their lies. Dusty came out from White Castle , got on the roof, went up into the attic and found the issue in about 20 minutes and said they could be out by the end of the week. I called Drey and told them we would be using another company and all of sudden they said they could come out later in the day to start the repair. I told them I did not trust them and that they did not do the work I had hired for in the first place which was to fix the leak and told them we were using some one else instead. Very disappointed in the fact that they never took the effort to even figure out what the problem was in the first place and then could never honor their word. Makes no sense to me that they could not properly figure out the problem, never look in the attic and keep an appointment when White Castle was able to do all of that from start to finish in about a week and we have never had an issue with the leak again. Would not use or recommend Drey Roofing again - not a trustworthy or honorable company!

We thought we needed stucco repair and it wasn't until we found Marvin and Jesus that we realized we have EIFS - an entirely different material that needs more consistent maintenance - especially in cold temps. They are a father + son duo with lots of experience. They did an impeccable job finding exposed areas of the house from top to bottom and took the time to not only patch them up but make sure they looked nice too. I am beyond grateful I found them.
