Installed a patio and it looks terrible. Cory admitted it was terrible and he wouldn't leave it in…read morehis yard. Checked around and it would be a temporary fix but wouldn't last. The top corners are breaking up after 2 days. There are holes and really rough uneven portions. There are parts that slope back towards to house. I requested it be removed and he said it was my fault because I kept changing the project. I did make a changes but I asked each time if he was okay with it or if it was too big and he said it was good. He even rebid the project. I now have to pay to tear it out and replace it. I paid half up front for materials and he used old used paneling for the forms. I have pictures of before during and after. Other contractors said it was the worse concrete job they have seen. He had someone quit during the job and he wasn't able to pour fast enough. It is me who is taking the financial hit for it. I have plenty of other photos showing the crumbling top, sides & outside edges.

Without any initial commitment from me, they brought up my property on their computer (very quickly), discussed what some of the challenges could be, talked about the area in a very knowledgeable tone (without being condescending in any way, shape or form) and gave a workable ballpark estimate on what it would take to get an accurate survey of my property lines. I never once got the feeling I was being taken for a ride. I didn't feel talked down to - they really did their best to talk in plain English, and in the end, the price was waaaay less than the ballpark figure they gave during the initial interview. When they came out to the property, they were very respectful and very professional. While I tried to stay out of their way as they worked (took about two hours), I did want to know specifics in a couple of areas and Evan accommodated every request I had and his partner (so sorry, I forgot his name) was quick to put in a stake. I got my official results in less than a week. I can't say enough good about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a survey.
