Without any initial commitment from me, they brought up my property on their computer (very quickly), discussed what some of the challenges could be, talked about the area in a very knowledgeable tone (without being condescending in any way, shape or form) and gave a workable ballpark estimate on what it would take to get an accurate survey of my property lines. I never once got the feeling I was being taken for a ride. I didn't feel talked down to - they really did their best to talk in plain English, and in the end, the price was waaaay less than the ballpark figure they gave during the initial interview. When they came out to the property, they were very respectful and very professional. While I tried to stay out of their way as they worked (took about two hours), I did want to know specifics in a couple of areas and Evan accommodated every request I had and his partner (so sorry, I forgot his name) was quick to put in a stake. I got my official results in less than a week. I can't say enough good about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a survey.

Where do I begin? How does they manage to stay in business with their poor work ethic? It's been…read more4 weeks since we contacted them about doing a land survey. When I call and leave a message, I'm never given a courtesy call back. When my husband manages to talk to them, they feed him a line of bull such as "We'll be there on Monday" (Monday comes and goes), "We'll be there after lunch" (today, June 10, 2016). I'd rather they be honest and say they're not interested than to yank us along.
