I kept asking why and they would say that they get the increase first and then all other insurances get them next. I finally got tired one day and called. I got Jennifer. I told her I was tired of my rates increasing. She tried the same old lie. I had no tickets either. I lost it that day. I told her to stop lying! You keep telling me my rates are going down and they keep going up! I started out paying $82 monthly for full coverage. After two years they had jumped to $148 with no good explanation. Well as payback for me calling her a liar, she put my account in auto pay and they took the money out before I had it and it caused me a lot of issues. I called and told her that. She said you are in autopay. I said yes, but because of all the deaths in my family, you have always allowed me to pass the due date and pay before tht insurance terminates. WE argued back and forth . I called the next day and when I would call, this person kept hanging up in my face. I know it was Jennifer because they have caller ID and she usually say hi to me as soon as she answers but this day, this person kept hanging up the phone. I told Erick about it and he sided with Jennifer. I called the corp office because Jennifer and Erick thought it was funny that my bank acct was overdrawn. Corp office stepped in and then Erick wanted to talk. too late. I changed insurances. Erick left me a voice mail after that person kept hanging up and he was mocking me by using a different voice like a whiner. I am still filing a complaint with the dept of insurance. This week as a matter of fact. I have emails showing they let me pay late. I have emails after the argument with Jennifer. You can see the difference in how they treated me. Dont' use them. They play games.
