I imagine running a funeral home is a precarious business, that you're dealing with people who are in shock, mourning, skeptical, and quick to attack, and your job is to make them feel totally at ease taking care of all the details. Young's did just that for my family in our time of loss. Choosing Young's was one of the few things that my mom took care of before her passing, and it was a wise decision. At our first meeting, I put it out there that I am not one to be suckered so they gave me a complete breakdown of how they arrived at the costs, which was quite reasonable. They took total control of running the obits in our chosen newspapers and promptly furnished the paperwork that we needed to take care of business. The facilities are in excellent condition, clean, attractive furniture, and include a flat screen TV that continuously ran a DVD of photos that they produced for us. So I suppose even high tech is spreading over into this industry as well. And the make-up/hair person did a wonderful job with my mom's appearance. The only thing they could have done better is to altogether transform it to another person all together. Anyways, Youngs turned a dreaded occasion into a peaceful event, free of drama (well except for an obnoxious uncle) and took care of all the details in precise fashion. They have sensitivity down to a T.

My time with them was top notch!! They were kind, caring, and compassionate. They were able to cremate my mother on site, without sending her elsewhere and also filled our urns we purchased online. The room we rented was beautiful and they had everything we needed. They worked as a team, and answered all my questions as well as did a lot of paper work for me. They were very helpful. Their prices were very competitive, and I felt it was a great value. They handled everything we needed. Definitely go to Teolis for your family's funeral and cremation needs.

My family is from Aliquippa/Hopewell and this is the place everyone uses. The staff are very, very kind and attentive which is what you need and want during a time of mourning and saying goodbye. Very professional. The decor is a little dated but it's comfortable and helps with the healing process because the receiving rooms feel like living areas in a grandmother's house.

Ray and his team are simply the best. They installed a Generac generator for us and their work was…read morenothing short of exceptional. The craftsmanship and fabrication they completed running exterior and interior conduit and piping for electrical and gas supply was some of the cleanest work I've seen. As far as durability and reliability of their work, it's been over five years since the generator was installed and we've had absolutely zero problems with any of the work that was done. Ray also made the process incredibly easy and smooth from the beginning quote to the completion of the project. All the work was done in the timeline that was quoted as well. As if that wasn't enough, their pricing is extremely competitive. In addition to their fantastic work, the team was very professional, friendly, and courteous.
