We got an furnace installed a year and a half ago by QPS through an insurance claim, our insurance…read moretold us we had to. We were told it would be equal or better to the furnace that we had. I don't believe that happened. Whether it's our insurance or QPS' fault, I don't know. We've gone through more fuses with this furnace than we had for 10 years with our previous furnace. 3 weeks ago this furnace died and QPS sent three techs over 5 different days before it was diagnosed and fixed. They are blaming the fact that we added central air to the furnace. Now 3 weeks later the furnace died again. I am not sure if this furnace is undersized for my house, is faulty or if it was improperly installed. QPS would not cover any of the labor. So after an inflated over $700 bill they will not come out again without me paying... Their office staff talks to you like you're either five or stupid on top of it all. Save yourself and go with Postma. We had Postma for 18 years and no complaints.
