The woman kept saying she needed to confirm times with the mechanic and she would call or text me back and then she never called back. I even left a voicemail and explained that it was very urgent that I hear back because I needed to let my supervisor know if I would be off work and she still did not call me back. I called back several times during their stated business hours and their was no answer. I even tried to call the number she left on her voicemail, the voicemail that said something about realtors, and the phone number was to a pizza place! Their website also states that they do a number of different things from U-Haul dealer, to copies and faxes, key cutting, and mechanic. Do these people have like 20 different businesses? Needless to say, I chose to go elsewhere because, if it was this difficult getting it installed, I wouldn't want these people in charge of uploading my data to the courts every month. And I surely wouldn't want to try and make the monthly appointments to try to set up the uploads. Too much hassle.
