Alem did show up a tad late but at this point I didn't care. He installed the window A/C and briefed me on basic operation noting that extra water drain plugs were provided and how to replace same. His work was great but I was disappointed in his lack of business sensitivity for jerking me around for a whole Friday, Overall on a scale of 1-10 I'd award a 6.

After discussing all previous issues at length I thought we would get Best foot forward. Instead we got delay after delay and sub standard work by a bunch of kids working with him. After notifying him of all the issues he took another week and still didn't make it right and then wanted to charge me even more money than we agreed on for a job that wasn't finished correctly. Also he chooses to ignore phone calls and text messages if you are mad. Stay away you have been warned

Problem solving installers and an Owner who doesn't just sit behind his desk smoking a cigar...but in our case came 5 times to check on the job and consult with me. We had a couple of minor problems which Pat fixed in short order. I suggest you should definitely give Pat a call for selection and a very competitive price for the complete job.

The selection and price of the carpet was competitive. The communication was very good. They called several times to confirm the exact time for installation. I believe they have their own " in house" installation crew. Ezekial, the lead installer, identified all issues ahead of time, was on time, installed the carpet beautifully, and completely cleaned up everything when finished. All scrap pieces and trash were hauled away, and every area was thoroughly vacuumed. They finished early. The overall service was far superior to that of a "big box" store, where typically the installation is subcontracted and selection of carpet more limited.
