T6 tracked it down AND were at my RV in hours (compared to months). The propane issue is a lot more complicated than the one part that was recalled, so they made a follow-up appointment immediately while troubleshooting and validating what is happening to narrow down what is more likely than not the cause and being transparent about the entire process.
