I have been searching for a couple of months for a pre-owned Cadillac EXT Truck. I found one on…read morecars.com. It was located at Beloit Auto & Truck Plaza (400 miles away). I called and talked with Sales manager LaRae Schieder about the vehicle. She emailed me detailed pics of the vehicle and was very thorough when describing it. I felt very comfortable enough that I bought it and she arranged to have it delivered to my front door! I was a little skeptical but she was very accessible so I felt more at ease. The vehicle was delivered by trailer and the driver was very professional. I am so happy that I found Beloit Auto and Truck Plaza and will more than likely deal with them on my next vehicle purchase! Do NOT waste your time like we did! We wasted a full day driving to see a lemon. Sales lady Larea…read moreclaimed that nobody at the dealership noticed overspray on a $26 thousand dollar vehicle! With their 100+ point inspection and detail (the owner said they just look for dirt/mud) they didn't notice paint on windows, trim, tire, lights. The paint color didn't even match and it was painted on dirt which caused obvious bumps. This place is ridiculous, lying to cover things up, claiming that nobody noticed the paint/damage to the door and side panel as the car sat on their lot 104 days! If they had any respect for a customer they would have let us know considering we were driving 4 hours each way with 3 little kids. They are a horrible company, and the owners excuse was that the vehicle is 3 years old. We were promised a honda certified shop would make repairs so we could purchase vehicle and they would deliver it. Owner Pat Kelly who I spoke with Tuesday (after they didn't call Monday like they promised) decided that a local shop could get close enough to original the color so it would not be fixed by honda certified shop. Honda odyssey is still for sale without disclosing damage or repainting for the same price. Save your gas, time, and sanity. These people will do anything to hide problems and screw you over.
