I have stayed in the cottages here a couple of times on a self-catering basis to attend…read moreconferences. It is located a short taxi ride (less than £5) from Kirkham and Wesham train station. The village is very peaceful and the cottages are clean and modern with good facilities and pleasant gardens. There is a convenience store to buy food, a Starbucks and a Papa John's for take away pizza as well as a selection of bars and restaurants. I didn't have enough time to explore the spa hotel during my stays, but I definitely plan to in my own time.

The caravan was lovely and clean and everything worked 100%. The pictures on here do not do the van justice. Plenty of room and well equiped. Looking forward to our next holiday with Cozy Caravans in November to see Blackpool Lights. We stayed in Cala Gran for 2 weeks a couple of years back. The first adapted caravan we got was so…read moreawful we had to go and complain but then saying that the staff were very good about it and actually let us look around the empty ones and pick another one which was adapted for disabled. The entertainment was hit and miss, going from bearable to awful. The bar and cafe area are large enough and I'm sure it's better now smoking has been banned.
