They damaged my truck at their yard pulling it out with a chain (not hooking to the frame) causing a lot if damage and refused to take responsibility! Told us that their cameras in the yard don't work/ how convenient‼They said even if the cameras were working ANY damage to our truck on their property is NOT their responsibility even though their employee caused the damage... I found myself in need of a tow today. I booked thru my road side assistance and was first told 90-120 minutes. It did end up taking a bit longer but I was kept informed. The driver called a few minutes out to make sure I was still there and where exactly to find me. He had me hooked up and we were on the road quickly. THIS REVIEW IS FOR: THORNTON AUTO REPAIR THEY ARE THE SAME BUSINESS! DO NO USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON!! I would NOT recommend this Auto Repair shop to anyone. I took my vehicle to them earlier this year. They kept my car for months. After having to contact them week after week. The owner finally said he knew what the problem was. After another week he said he ordered the part. But they sent him the wrong part. (I have read other customer reviews that stated the same thing). Finally he said he replied the parts. When I went to pick it up. There was no change. It still didn't work. He wanted to keep it. Said he would get it running. Funny thing is. I told him I was taking it to another shop. He got it running the very next day. I would never recommend anyone to use Thornton Auto Repair. This happened earlier this year. I got my car back in May. This weekend my car broke down. The shop I took it to is replacing the same part Thornton said they replaced. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY HE IS A SCAM ARTIST!! read more

Terrible service. Driver dispatched through Allstate roadside. Did not inform me of extra $50 charge until after he unlocked my car. I was not informed of extra fee because my phone was locked in the car. He said that Allstate told him I knew. He would not let me go to the ATM and threatened to tow my car. He treated me like i was some kind of criminal trying to scam someone when I simply just did not know there was an extra fee. I filed complaint with Allstate. Do not use this company. read more
