We informed him our appt. was not until the 14th and he complained about the scheduling dept. We requested whole house duct cleaning, pus dryer vent cleaning. The tech clamped a hose from the vacuum machine and started the unit stating would take 30 minutes to deep clean. We noticed the hose to the machine was crimped and machine obviously straining as it was not pulling any air from the vents. The tech (Ron) said that was OK, it would still clean but we proved it wasn't working so he said we would only have to pay for the dryer vent cleaning, which he had only collected about a hand full of lint from. So we paid for that ($79). We would definitely not use this service again. Very poor value and waste of our time and money.

After 23 years of living here in this very hot weather, (our A/C was already 5+ years old when we…read morebought our house here), with my husband working in it throughout the years ... our A/C finally died. We called up Sweat Cool Air Conditioner and they came to our house the very next day and started and finished installing our new Rheem A/C System. At the end of the day, they showed us a little bit about how the new A/C Control worked, then actually set it at our desired temperature, and told us that the Owner would be by the next day to check on their installation and teach us more details about our new A/C. Their boss came out and taught us everything and took his time with us. He told us that, since the sun always shined on our old A/C Controller, and my husband wanted to move the new one to another wall, there were several holes in our wall, that he told us would be repaired and that he would send someone back out to do this. The old hole was repaired and the new hole had the new Controller that covered most of the hole, so we left it at that. Other than having to clean out the pipe with bleach this year, our A/C has worked flawlessly.

Floor Medic was able to get out 95% of the stains...and there were many, with just a couple being too stubborn as they have been there for a while.
