Despite being a reliable tenant, management refused to renew my lease and forced us out, claiming they needed my apartment for the owner's family. This turned out to be untrue--my apartment was given to another tenant, apparently chosen because they shared the same racial background as management. And with the same level of integrity. The way this situation was handled was dishonest, discriminatory, and showed a complete lack of integrity. The new management (post-2018) is nothing like the previous owners, who were excellent. Since the change, tenants are treated poorly, security deposits are difficult to recover, and decisions feel arbitrary. The so-called "landscaper," who is also an owner, is rude, unprofessional, and speaks to tenants as if he's doing them a favor by letting them live here. The apartments may look nice on the surface, but it's just "lipstick on a pig." Any positive reviews you see after 2018 should be taken with caution. Bottom line: if you're considering moving here, beware.
