They took photos to show me things such as a deteriorated ridge cap and a rusted-out furnace vent pipe. They did a great job of making these repairs and doing a roof coating. Fast forward a little over two years, we turned off the water for the first time during a vacancy, only to discover that one of the units still had running water. That's when we realized the units were never actually separated. When we contacted John from 4H Plumbing about the issue, he refused to return and correct the work. After speaking with other licensed plumbers, we learned that he has never been licensed at all--despite representing himself as such. Unfortunately, we're not the first to be misled.
