I came to Threadbare during one of their recent events supporting the Women's March in Eugene. They were offering free screen printing which was so generous and the designs were awesome. Even though it was hectic the whole staff was very friendly. They even partnered with Thinking Tree Spirits to provide drinks and a local tattoo shop to give out free tattoos! It takes a lot of effort and time to put on events like this that have lines out the door and I think they did a great job. I really wanted to support local & support what seems like a great small business. The quality of my order was unbelievable: smudges of ink, over inking the design, getting the wrong amount of sizes, screen printing off the item, not consulting me, not calling when ready, not even doing part of the order and no apology for clearly and obvious poor caliber of work. I really hope my order was an isolated incident. I see great potential in their business, it just was not what I received with my order. I wish this company no harm but it was a poor use of my time to work with them and hold their hand thru obvious errors. They have lost my yearly order. read more
