Horrible. Got done in 3 mins and looked the same. Even the middle of my eyebrows still had hairs

I started coming here a couple of years ago. I had my first threading experience here and I've been a regular every since. In my opinion, I think that she does a really good job with the brows. I can only attest to that. However, I've had a couple of bad experiences within that time with "newbies". One recently with a gentleman. My brows were jacked and I expressed that. Fortunately, the female owner was able to shape them up a bit more and I felt semi decent. Once I get used to a certain tech, I don't want anyone else to service me. I hate being someone's experiment. Nah. Other than the experimenting, my only gripe is that common courtesy is not a thing around here. I'm always one to tip and I've never gotten a "Thank you" instead suggestive services for lip, chin, head, shoulders, knees and toes are offered (slight exaggeration). But seriously, ease up on the pushiness for additional services, electronic and cosmetic selling and say THANK YOU. read more

She is so rude. I walked in, no greeting. She just pointed to a chair. She asked what I wanted and I told her brows. She didn't tell me to "hold" before she started which usually helps it hurt less. She was really rough. I sneezed during the process and she looked at me like she was so mad. She did my eyebrows very uneven and way too thin. Which may not have been an issue if she asked what I wanted before just starting at my face. She didn't wipe the hair off my face, didn't put anything on my brows after, and didn't even hold up a mirror so I could see. Horrible service. read more

This woman has absolutely no idea what she's doing. I asked for something simple and she took off my whole eyebrow almost. This is absolutely horrible. Do not go to this place you have been warned. Somebody shut it down. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Went in because my normal brow girl is out of town. I walked in and said hello and was blatantly ignored while she stared at her phone and did not even look up to acknowledge that I had spoke. I stood there for another a minute or so then told her I would like my eyebrows threaded. She finally looked up from her phone and said "ok" and pointed at the chair. I sat in the chair as she walked over and proceeded to finish doing something on her phone for another minute or so. She kept stopping to text while doing my eyebrows. It was so rude and not to mention unsanitary to keep stopping and touching her phone screen and touching my face! She had no smile, friendly demeanor whatsoever. I tried to make small conversation and ask if she was having an ok day so far and all she said was "good". My eyebrows turned out ok but I will never be back. Also, she does clean the hair off your face. I went to my car and spent several minutes getting hair off of my face. Take your money somewhere else!!!! read more

Find somewhere else! I'm new to the area and was very disappointed 1. After I got home I noticed tiny cuts on my eyelids! I've had eyebrow threading done many times and have never had this happen. 2. Usually they wipe down the brow with witch hazel to help with redness and stinging. She did not do this. 3. The woman who did the threading barely spoke to me except to offer additional services. The only good thing I can say is that I like the shape of my eyebrows! read more

I have a love hate relationship with them. They do great work, but I assume the new owners are very pushy for more services. But the way that that she tries to get more services is my somewhat insulting you. You want your lip done? No thank you. You sure? Yes. No eyelashes, no thank you. What does it take that I'm not interested in other services? What about lotion, you need lotion?? No I just put on some on. Smh. Waxing may be better option for you or another place that does threading. read more

I love coming here they have fast service and the ladies that work there are great at what they do. However, one time I was there, there was 1 person working and she had a son about 3 years old. He would greet everyone with HELLO!!! But once you sat down you were fair game for him to kick you. The lady that he was kicking told him to stop on numerous occasions, not once did his mom say stop, come here, or go and get him. She allowed her son to kick climb and just be really ugly to a customer that the customer ended up walking out. I will say that they don't try to push you into getting other services like other places here in the area do. read more

I just left this location with my daughter. My daughter was there to get her eyebrows threaded and I wanted to get my eyelashes done. My daughter waited 20 minutes before she was seen, which was fine because she was seen in the order in which we entered the business. When we arrived there was one African American in the chair getting her lashes done and two other African American waiting to get their eyebrows done. Then another African American woman walked in and took a sit, then a Caucasian woman walked in. The two other African American was seen and then my daughter was taken care of. I was next as this is the order in which I arrived. Instead of servicing me next, the operator took the white Caucasian woman. When I shared with her that I was next, which she should have known since I had been sitting there for twenty-five minutes. She state, "It was my first time and I was a first time customer and she was a regular and the other operator would be with me in a minute. I stated the service is on a first come, first serve bases so why should I wait, when while I was next. She then accused me of rising my voice when she was hollering louder than I. I then told her that I wanted to pay for my daughter and chose not to patronize their business. Her actions were out right, blantanly racism. Which I let her know before i Ieft the establishment. I will never support this business and plan on telling every person I know, who uses these type of services, not to patronize this location/business. I am so sick of people thinking they can disrespect African americans and think its ok. read more

The women here did a brilliant job on my eyebrows. I moved here from South FL and had an amazing eyebrow lady and have been on the search since I've been in AL (almost 2 years!!) I've gone through plenty of places. The reason j gave four stars was because she went a little thinner then I wanted, I prefer a thicker brow. But no one really noticed but me and I didn't tell her what I wanted. I will be going back even though I thick threading is so painful. But she did a good job! read more
