Moderately priced and well crafted goods ! While what we try is pretty basic, basics well made are increasingly hard to come by these days ! And they make their own bread too. This bakery so needs to be on yelp, so it gives me great pleasure to add it and write the first…read morereview. I live about an hour from here but my boyfriend and I happy drive here. Every single time there is a different pastry to try (or so it seems), along with cakes, sausage rolls (normal or spicy), chocolate, macrons (so many varieties - my favourite being salted caramel) and the most amazing different kinds of bread. Everything he sells is made the morning before the bakery opens and there is a limited amount. Once it's sold out its sold out! There are a few small tables and a sofa and it can get quite busy at the weekends. The guy who runs the place is very nice, as is all the staff. We love to sit down, order food and drinks, relax then take home tons of stuff to eat throughout the day! X
