Before hanging up on me she made it clear that she was impatient and "had a store full of customers", which I completely understand, however I didn't know any better! I had called a shoe repair shop previously and they recommended I call this shop with some of my questions. I hope this woman is reading this: it's not okay to treat people that way. He told us it was not his problem it was the postal issue. He proceeded to say if we lived in Montana it will take 1-3 business days...what kind bullshit is that. I told him not to shift the blame on the postal service. If he has it on his website expedite shipping 1-3 business days anywhere in US, at least honor it. He had all kind of excuses from bad postal service, poor planning on our part, his remote area, etc etc. I told him people buy items and on occasions and need something quickly, hence people expedite shipping. I told him the right thing would be to credit us for the expedited shipping and just charge us for standard shipping. at least, nope he said. This guy has no shame and no honesty.
