We would not recommend PaintPro in Spring Hill, Tennessee…read more Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. Poor project management and lack of supervision resulted in numerous mistakes, including multiple areas of our home being painted the wrong color and requiring repainting. We observed members of the crew drinking alcohol on our front porch during lunch. Empty glass alcohol bottles also fell out of a worker's pocket and down our inside stairwell. The crew worked until 9:00 p.m. or later on several nights and instructed us to leave our exterior doors open so the paint could dry. As a result, a feral cat entered our home along with numerous insects. After we had paid our final invoice in full, members of the painting crew called my personal cell phone accusing us of having an unpaid balance and asked us to pay them directly. This should never happen. PaintPro also agreed to issue us a refund for work not completed as agreed. The refund was mailed about a month late and sent with a required signature. Due to a USPS delivery issue beyond our control, the check was lost. PaintPro has refused to issue a replacement until the original check is recovered, even though the delay and loss were not our fault. There are still numerous areas of the home with poor workmanship that have never been corrected. Based on the poor project management, unprofessional conduct, unresolved workmanship issues, and poor customer service, we cannot recommend PaintPro.

The painter did an excellent job painting my kitchen cabinets all by herself. I was a little…read moresurprised that there was only one person to do the job and not a crew (or at least 2 people to do the work). She (painter) was a hard worker and did great. However, the main office communication was not professional. I scheduled 3X for a follow-up with PaintPro personnel to come out and assess the painter's work. All 3X were cancelled. I sincerely hope that this company does not take advantage of its employees by sending one person to complete the work when it is a 2 person job. I suggest the company work on communication skills. The only reason I rated this experience a 3 is because of the painter's work.

I have a 20 x 12 living room that has old, (before I moved in the house) pet urine stains in some parts. I was told that they would have to darken( was never given a choice of colors) it some but that the stains would probably still show. My floors are now way darker and every stain shows.! They said they made a mistake and took $100 off and said they could come back to fix it, but, would charge me $100 to do so! They also suggested I could just cover up the mistake with a piece of furniture. I thought the original price would have included a nice smooth finish. Not the case. I have to pay extra for it to be smooth so right now, in stocking feet you can feel smooth in some areas and rough in others. All the stains or small problem parts are the rough spots. . Also, with all the rules that gave me about the floor ( which some I have heard from others who had their hardwood floors refinished, are true) basically I would simply not be able actually use the room as any little thing would mark it up. So,supposedly I can't exercise in the room, have my pets or just general daily living. I have also found hairs in the finish. I'm very disappointed and now will have to hire someone to fix my floors.

We hired Brendon to paint our house this summer. The house needed walls, trim, & cabinets to all be…read morerefinished. When Brendon came, he was very personable and kind during the quoting process. We were expecting to get a company that managed the project thoroughly so we did not have to look over their shoulder constantly. That's what we thought Brendon was going to do. We couldn't have been more wrong. Upon starting the project, the crew he sent, Two Brothers Painting, was extremely unprofesional. To start, they did not fully cover the hardwood floors in the house(See pictures). Once we pointed this out, Brendon told us it was taken care of and the hardwoods were cleaned and covered. We went back to the house and were still able to find the paint on the floors with plastic just laid on top of it. They hadn't been cleaned, only covered. We also noticed issues with the wall paint, manly runs, painted over screws, painted over tape adhesive & light areas in the paint(see pictures). This was the first time we asked Brendon to come out to the house to go over the project with us. He declined. The runs and screws were fixed, he told us we would need a 3rd wall coat to fix the light areas and quoted us $4000. We declined. On to the trim, we had purchased 10 gallons of trim paint from Benjamin Moore. The first 5 gallons were put on to the trim over the course of 1.5 days. Once they start on to the second 5 gallon bucket, they realized the trim paint in the first bucket was the wrong color. The paint crew told me they would have to redo all of the trim work and needed additional paint to get it done. I went to Benjamin Moore and told them we had the wrong color, they proceed to test both 5 gallon buckets of trim paint and are able to ensure a color match. They're conclusion was that the paint was not mixed before the painters started painting the trim(see pictures). At no point through this has Brendon reached out to me to discuss additional payment for the trim. In fact, the only time he reached out regarding additional payment was for the 3rd coat of wall paint, which we declined. At this point, our frustration is mainly with Brendon, because we feel the project is not being properly managed by him or his team. We have asked him to the property 3 times so far and he has declined or ignored the requests. On to the Cabinets, as you can probably guess by now, they are a mess. They end up having to repaint the cabinets 3 times. The first attempt, they sprayed them then laid them down before they were cured and left marks in all of the doors. They said they would fix it. The second time, they left the cabinet doors on the frames, tried to sand and prime them, then respray them. This only process left sand marks in all of the cabinet doors. The third time, they almost got it right, but one door is still has a large mark on it. They have to respray that one, so they take it off and leave the house with it, when it comes back, it still isn't right. This was a brand new cabinet door and the seam of the door is completely messed up. At this point I reached out to Brendon to let him know the door still isn't right(see pictures). I have tried to send pictures and get intouch with him about it. His response is to tell me the job is complete and that "any further contact from you will be considered harassment"(see pictures) When it came time to get the bill, Brendon had upped our price by $5000 and at no point did he communicate that additional charge or approve that additional charge through us. It was a massive headache dealing with him and his crew. I would stay far away from Brendon and The House Painters - Nashville.

Not only did they break every seal on all 22 windows but the front door was painted without being prepped. I paid the 250 for the work and was promised it would be redone but Brandon NEVER CAME TO THE PROPERTY TO ADDRESS THE DOOR NOR DID HE REFUND THE 250. This is a guy who just collects the money.
