When I got to the checkout the women signed me up for a discount card, similar to a Schnucks, you enter your number every time you come in to build up points and get rewards. The flowers were such poor quality that the venue staff asked if they were left over from a previous event a week prior. Overall the quality of flowers Layne provided were completely unacceptable. When contacted after the wedding, she was unwilling to provide any sort of refund or relief. I'd advise any future brides to steer clear.
