No one knew how to ring it up so the people in "Auto" proceeded to lie to me that there was no core return. The fact is they were not aware and instead of asking someone, they stone walled me. This was repeated in the Customer Center but more rudely. Asking for help or admitting being incorrect is a trait of the "less than intelligent". I will return and find the manager.
