When I was finally done with my make-up appointment I still had to have my hair styled. When we got back to our hotel room I had just enough time to get dressed and take off my foundation and blush and start over. I complained to the owners and I felt like I dismissed. I have been a customer of Merle Norman Cosmetics for many many years and I will never buy any products from any of the stores these owners own. She seems to genuinely care about her patrons and will do just about anything to make sure people at this stop are protected and sent off on the right foot. He had fishing poles listed at $35 said I wouldn't be able to give him 30 apiece only taking a five dollar off retail price for them. But got no return call and I talked to the manager and he said the owner was probably busy but I had no concern or even able to return a civil text saying not interested absolutely no return. My part is that if you're trying to work with them 100% they will try not to even return an answer or give you the time of day. That's sad for business that is wrong like a 15-year-old. Please understand. I am very knowledgeable in the industry of pawn!!
