Francis was incredibly friendly the store was very clean and one thing about this place that's great, is it has a huge parking lot LOL. They are taking measures to protect people from the coronavirus. Hand sanitizer is placed right next to the cashier stand, and again the stores kept remarkably clean. I dont know if its the owner or the manager but whoever the lady is that sends out her employees to kick you off the property after you bought something for lunch and park in the big empty parking lot. Needs to relax. She drives in , stares at me mean mugging like if im out side my work truck causing trouble. Shes pushing away her own customer for no reason. At least go out side and talk to whoever it is and do it your self and not put you minimum wage worker that you dont care about on the line for your gas station. It's a relatively cheap gas station that is worth the extra few blocks it is from the freeway. The guy who was working here when I came was very polite, and that's amazing considering the situations and people he surely has to deal with. In fact, I saw him dealing with one of those situations as I was pulling out. I try not to stop for gas in the Valley, but I was semi-desperate because I had started my trip to SoCal closer than I normally do, so my refueling planning was thrown off. I'm always so frustrated with this gas station but stupidly continue to get gas here, but not anymore. They advertise that they open at 6:00am but they're NEVER open then. I come between 7:00 -7:30am every time and without a doubt they're still never open at that time either. And the reason I say this is because they put locks on all the gas pumps so if the store isn't open, neither are the gas pumps. Must be nice to be a gas station that opens whenever they feel like it. read more

Horrible clerk inside. when I had a question regarding my card which I already used, but the gas nozzle did not work, he kept saying he didn't know and I have to go and do it again. I told him I used twice and still didn't work. I said I just want to make sure it is not being charged.But he was trying not to listen but kept looking outside and humming with a whistling sound and completely ignored. I have been using this station for more than 10 years and this was the first time I encountered this type of horrible experience. I hope when someone is being hired for a position which deals with customers, they need to learn how to be customer service oriented. What can you really say about your neighborhood gas station? Well, for one, it is the lowest priced in my area. They only accept cash and debit cards, which is fine with me. I have never used a debit card, so I'm not sure about any extra fees they may charge. The overall service is fine, as are the amenities, though lately the window washing equipment has seen better days. There is a small convenience store on site, along with restrooms, which I did use one time when the water was out in my neighborhood...wasn't the cleanest, but it was ok! The best thing is that there is plenty of room at the pumps, or when you have to wait in line. If you need air/water, just ask the clerk and they'll hook you up. read more

Got gas for 2.49 today while having lunch in the area. My card wouldn't read outside, so I had to go in. Dude working wasn't very friendly and seemed irritated. This is the cheapest gas station in Woodland Hills. That's all there is to it. The mini mart is sub par, so don't come here looking to do grocery shopping! LOL Lacking a more up to date min mart would help me score Thrifty higher. You need cash or pay a $0.35 fee to use a debit card. It doesn't have any of those fuel additives like Chevron with Techron, but who really buys into that nonsense anyway!? Hardly ever lines to fill up here. However, if you're driving towards Chatsworth you'll find an Arco that is usually about $0.09 per gallon cheaper. read more

This is an ex-Arco station, now badged as Thrifty, on the North East corner of Canoga and Oxnard, across the street from Chevron; just 5 blocks north of the 101 Freeway. This is a small gas station on a very large lot with 6 pumps and two Debit Card Terminals, both located on the Canoga side, which take the the same $0.35 fee per transaction as Arco. The station building, where the register and kiosk/shop is located is in the center of the lot and features a very small convenience store with refrigerated beverages, snacks and typical gas-station sundry items. Navigating around the building to access either the south or west exits is very easy and well lit all around the building making this a safe and ideal place to turn your car around without lots of maneuvering. The best aspect of this station is their constantly lower than the competition pricing on gas. On average, this station is $0.25 per gallon lower than the Chevron station across the street, and commensurately priced with Arco-branded stations in the surrounding neighborhoods. Gas is usually priced at $0.10 difference between grades. Meaning, between the 3 octane ratings they sell (87, 89 and 91) the cost only goes up 10 cents per gallon as you go higher in octane ratings; other stations are not as flat or transparent as this as we all know. Another note, is there is no price difference for cash or debit cards per gallon, though you do pay the $0.35 convenience fee for debit cards. And just like Arco, no credit cards accepted here. read more

I like this gas station. This is the cheapest pump in the area. Chevron, right across the street, rapes everyone for a good 30-40 cents more per gallon usually. The debit card fee is 35 cents, but no complaints. Keep gas prices down, please!! read more

Dropped my wallet in the store getting gas one late night. I called back to ask about it and the employee working that night couldn't cut me off fast enough to say he didn't see it. I'm pretty sure he took it after I paid for my gas. I've been calling to find out if they have cameras and now I get a busy signal every time I call. Definitely not a coincidence!
