It delivers spectacle and nostalgia at first glance and it sets the tone well. Visually it is impressive enough that you will take a moment just to look around before you think about the food. The food was better than expected. The blue cheese and walnut salad was fresh and well balanced with the right level of acidity. The entree portions were generous. The steak was cooked properly and came with a sauce that had depth. The chicken dish was flavorful and plated cleanly with roasted vegetables that had real color and brightness. Even the fries were elevated. The rose dessert is visually beautiful and clearly designed for photos. It tasted pleasant and light. Service was excellent. Our waitress was on point from the moment we sat down. Our glasses were never empty. She checked in often, smiled, and made the dinner feel warm and welcoming. We were lucky with our seating. When Beast came out for his performance, we were front and center which elevated the entire experience. I never did anything like this as a child, so experiencing it now as an adult with my boyfriend felt personal and special. It was money well spent to step into a childhood dream and enjoy it with someone I love. This is a fantastic experience that Disney offers to bring fantasy alive for children, and for adults who never had the chance to see it that way. I could not have been more pleased. In terms of value, the price matched the experience. It is not a restaurant I would visit solely for food, but that is not the point. The food supports the fantasy. The fantasy carries the experience. If you want immersion, nostalgia, beauty, and a well executed performance layered into dinner, then Beauty and the Beast delivers.

Food AND Drinks are ALL INCLUSIVE, so enjoy as much as you can as everything they have to offer is worth trying. My favorites were the desserts and villain themed cocktails. The event itself is very entertaining, you are sat down with your party and possibly others if you do not have more than 4 in your party and then given a card that gives you the times of when you can meet the villains, most of which were very entertaining and hilarious. If you love Disney villains and looking for a character event that doesn't really have many families or kids then this is the event to try! Join Malificient, Cruella de Vil, the Evil Queen, and the Queen of Hearts with Doctor Facilier for an evening of entertainment, food, and drinks. FOOD: Imagine New Orleans Cajun cuisine. That's what you'll get at Club Villain. There are two entree stations set up on either side of the venue and serve the same items. I tried everything - even if it was a nibble of it. I can't complain about the food. The highlight for me was the polenta (which I topped with shrimp) and the dirty rice with gumbo. I won't pretend to know Cajun cuisine; however, the food was good. Dessert was spectacular. Check out the pictures I took. DRINKS: All you can drink (within reason because I'm sure Disney won't mind cutting you off) - and you can definitely get your money's worth. There's four signature drinks, as well as beer and wine. If you aren't into alcoholic beverages, there's canned Coca Cola products, hot teas, and bottled waters. ENTERTAINMENT: Great show. It was so popular, they extended it from the original show dates. The show starts around the time you get in. There's various breaks where you can go visit the evil characters (or their sets) and take pictures. They divide the venue up and have set times for you to meet the characters, which makes for a more organized event. OVERALL: This is a definite must do at Disney. The cost may be a lot up front, but you definitely get your money's worth.

This show opened a few months ago and has become one of my personal favorites at the park. When my wife and I visit Hollywood Studios, we usually opt for the shows over the rides, especially when its hot. If you are looking for it, it's in the back corner behind Rock and Roller-coaster, if you head towards Tower of Terror, head to the left towards Rock and Roller-Coaster then keep walking back. If you didn't know it was back there, you would miss it. Since it is a show, it is also inside, covered and fantastic AC kicking! It is so nice and cool inside. It is kind of dark which also helps. The seats are pretty comfortable, I have actually dozed off in the summer with the heat. The show is also interactive and based off audience screams and cheers, therefore your ending might be different, however, we have always had the same ending. As the name implies, the theme of the show is villains. There are 3 main characters that come on stage, sing, speak to the audience and more. The 3 villains are Hook, Cruella and Maleficent. At the end of the show, the audience gets to decide "who is the most understood" and they will finish out the show. Again, we have always had the same character so it makes me wonder, I don't want to spoil it. The visuals, colors, music, actors are fantastic. They really did a great job with this show. I felt it was quickly done and created but honestly they did a great job. They do have a few special effects but honestly, this is not a scary show. It is dark and can get loud but overall it is a great show, very family friendly. I highly recommend watching it next time you are there!

This should be expected though because Disney does everything in a really big way! Through the end of the summer, these fireworks which pay homage to all things Frozen (the movie, ya'll) will be going off nightly at Hollywood Studios. They will go off even if it rains and usually the show starts at 9:45pm nightly. Check the times guide though because they do change the time every now and then. There is a "show" featuring Elsa, Anna, and Olaf on stage prior to the fireworks starting (directly in front of Mickey's Sorcerer Hat). They also use the screen set up for the American Idol Experience to show what's happening in case you can't see the stage. The "show" lasts for several minutes and then the fireworks begin. The fireworks are set to songs from the movie Frozen and they are amazing! I love that during "Let It Go," they have blue and white fireworks going off.... Perfect! It is hard to get a place in front of the stage, so another good viewing area for the fireworks is to the left of the stage near the American Idol Experience. Definitely make sure you see this show while you can. Once the summer of 2014 is over, this show will disappear!

However- that being said, there were still spaces available at around 8:15pm and fireworks didn't begin until 8:45pm. The fireworks take place to the left of the stage/giant Mickey hat and some characters will come up onto the center stage as well. I stayed to the left of the stage and had a great view of the fireworks but had to use the screens to really see what was happening on stage. But it's really no big deal b/c the characters are on stage for like a total of 5-10 min max. The whole Frozen fireworks show is pretty short. They go thru a medley of about 3 of their most popular songs w/ accompanying fireworks. It's okay, but not spectacular. I did not think the intro really made sense at all. It was something to the effect of, "Olaf, do you like fireworks?" Very forced intro and also strange how Anna is there with the task of looking for Queen Elsa (again, just like in singalong) w/ Kristoff. Then, the song Anna sings w/ her ex, Hans, plays while their onstage?? Lol awkwarddddd. Anyway- the Frozen fireworks show is cute and it's decent, but it's not spectacular. I think little children would love it especially if they love Frozen, but the fireworks are just not as great as the ones at Magic Kingdom.

Definitely don't sign your kid up if they can't follow directions by themselves, but the directions are fairly easy, the Jedi will train the kids before Darth Vader ever shows up. The premise is your child will be a young paduwan, training to become a Jedi. The Jedi master and his helper will train them in a simple series of moves with a light sabre, to later take on Darth Vader. Vader shows up and it's pretty cool to watch, actually. Each kid gets a turn at Vader, and the Jedi Master will verbalize each move for your child, and make small jokes for the sake of the audience. It's a lot of fun. Once done your child will get a graduation certificate, and the professional Disney PhotoPass people will have snapped some great shots that you're able to order, freeing you up to capture everything on video. It's a must for any Star Wars fan, and recommended for any kid, really, since it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We did fast passes so we were able to get seats in the middle close to the front. I like how they walk through the audience areas so every seat is a good seat really. Overall: A+ Great show for little ones, be sure to note this is floor seating - so older persons may not want to do this one.
