I've worked at Thrive for almost a year and it is truly such an amazing place. You walk in and a bad day turns good. The atmosphere is amazing and it's filled with incredible people. Teachers make sure everyone doing something so no one's ever bored. Art projects are always sent home or put on the walls. Kids are encouraged to be themselves and have creativity. Cool and fun ways to learn are always provided. The Chefs make sure the children are given good nutritious foods for breakfast, lunch and snack and even take time to make it festive or fun whenever they get a chance. The leadership is what brings it all together Krystle, Rob, Teah, Savannah, Patrick, Yamille and Victoria do the best job at making sure everyone is taken care of and are always there when you need them. read more

Thrive is not a daycare it is truly an early learning center. My 1 year old daughter started here almost 4 months ago and she has learned and grown so much it is unbelievable. She is extremely verbal and can express her wants and needs now. Her sign language has improved tremendously. I can not say enough great things about Thrive and their staff my daughters teacher is Miss Kenzie and she's amazing. Krystal and Rob go above and beyond to make everyone that attends Thrive a part of their family. I love the app they use to send parents updates and keep us in the loop. There is a reason this center was awarded best of Bryan County despite opening in the height of COVID-19. I never write reviews but this is so deserved. read more

Thrive is hands down the best child care center! My 3 year old son had been to 2 other daycares before enrolling at Thrive. The facility is beautiful, clean & full of fun things for the kiddos. They are great about sending updates in the app and pictures of your child throughout the day. I love that I can have a conversation with my son about what he did that day because of this. They cook them high quality and healthy food. There are gardens for the kids (how fun!). And above all every single person on their staff is sweet, caring, and truly love the kids. My 2 yo loves THRIVE. He's so happy with his learning environment and that makes me happy. The owners are so kindhearted and are always around and available. Im a single mom and yes it is pricey for my budget but I honestly will do just about anything to keep him at Thrive because they are just that awesome. My son is picking up on so much and it has only been a month. Plus the foods they serve the kids are top notch. Worth every penny. I especially love the procare app they use so I know if my son took a nap or not or if he finished his food or how many times he used the potty. It just helps me to not have to ask my little one so many question he may not be able to answer on his own. read more

Working at Thrive Early Learning has been an incredible journey for me. Rob and Krystle truly pour into their team and believe in helping Thrivers grow both personally and professionally. Their leadership creates a supportive environment where people are encouraged to develop and step into new opportunities. I started in the kitchen, then became a one-year-old assistant teacher, later the lead teacher in that classroom, then the Pre-K lead teacher. I love working here! Everyone was so welcoming when I first started 3 years ago and I am so happy to say that everyone remains welcoming 3 years later. They will hire you and be extremely friendly to make it seem like everything is good only to spare themselves. They act extremely positive then once you are hired they will try to put you in mutiple age groups you are not good with and want you to be a yes man for the director. Don't waste your time.
