Appointment making was fairly easy and straight forward. I called in and was able to choose my date and time. For my first visit, I saw Dr. Vish who actually saw evidence of the broken bone in my back and suggested deeper scans. I returned a handful of times afterwards and saw Dr. Vish. He was polite, straight-forward, and the adjustments felt good. My interactions with Dr. Nguyen were different. He came across like a used car salesman always trying to upsell me. Essentially my visits were out-of-pocket as I waited for insurance to pay me back. The bills were never what was communicated to me in the office and it became clear to me that while I liked Dr. Vish, I could not continue to visit because of Dr. Nguyen. But he answered all my questions and boy did my back feel better. I heated and iced it as was told. My back was better. I went from coming in 2x a week to once a week, then once every 2 weeks, and now once a month. My back has felt great sitting and standing. When you come there are usually about 3 things to do. The massage chair, the electrode things they put on your back that help stimulate, and my favorite, the waterbed with jets. Then you either talk to the doc and/or get adjusted. I instantly felt better after the adjustment. I have not had pain in my lower back. So glad my friend Christy told me about this practice. The workers here are pleasant and so nice. Love them all. The doctor is honest, patient, and good at what he does.

For years, I suffered from severe shoulder pain. It had gotten so bad that I woke up every morning in significant discomfort. I tried several chiropractors and even went through physical therapy, but nothing provided lasting relief. After noticing a sign outside Dr. Tom's office, I decided not to give up and gave one more provider a chance. Looking back, that decision changed my life. During my initial consultation, I was amazed by how quickly Dr. Tom identified the root cause of my problem and developed a plan to address it. For years, I couldn't sleep on my side--the position that felt most comfortable--because it would only make my pain worse.
