When I approached the front desk person about my concern, she blew me off , her response was pretty much, 'we believe in having a good time, this is the way we are'. I told her after this visit, I am not returning. She was cold and indifferent to my concern. By the time I was approached by a PT , I had a headache. I told the PT my concerns, and decided this is not the right place for me. I'm sure people come in there with all kinds of pain and would not want to listen to all that. Blood tests, Xrays and scans later, I was given a prescription for non-narcotic muscle relaxers and sent home. Two days later, I went to see Dr Clinch. After listening to my circumstance to include my pointing and demonstrations, he explained what he believed was happening with my ligatures. Then he laid me out, applied some pressure here and there, and suggested a couple of exercises. Follow-up appointment was made for three days later. I felt SO MUCH BETTER, I could not believe it. I thought better of dancing into his office just in case I might trip.He asked, "On a scale of 1 to 100, how does it feel?" I said; "80%, it is almost normal" He asked "Are you sure?"
