From the start the reception was wonderful. Everyone there is so kind and courteous. I've worked with several physical therapists there - Jeree and Nicole. I can't even begin to express how impressed I am with their knowledge of the Health issues I have and there concern for my health. This is a mind body spirit facility. They look at everything over all which is the way it should be. You feel how invested they are in you. The facility is wonderful with the most up-to-date equipment and extremely clean and because of Covid they have taken extra measures to make it is safe for all their clients and also their employees. I have been treated with the upmost respect, kindness, they have shown empathy during my tougher days, and they respect privacy! I look forward to days ahead working with these physical therapists. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for an appointment. I only have two criticisms: late afternoon appointments can be hard to come by, and I usually have to book them months in advance. The other is that they can be very slow with medication refills. I'm not too fond of calling them and lighting a fire to get them to do refills promptly.

As it stands I just received another bill with erroneous charges from the same appointment..all wrong...and will take me hours to sort out....the kicker is there is a note saying that my account is past due and they are going to send it to collections! Unfortunately I am going to have to report them to BCBS, it is ridiculous. The office staff had the same challenges. After having our past office fax twice and mail twice the records and receiving an "I don't know where they are" from the office staff I finally had to have them sent to me personally. Not acceptable. Again, the doctors are fine, but unless you have A LOT of free time and patience to deal with the billing and office staff find someone else. I have never had such a headache with a doctors office.

Not impressed at all. We met these people at the Sarpy County fair a few weeks ago and signed up…read morefor a low cost consultation, which turned into "we have to take xrays". I am not a fan of x-rays and was assured that they are "safe". Then the crash were taken while I had my old work boots on (more to follow on that). After telling my wife that her spine is all outnof alignment because of an injury that occurred 30 years ago, which they determined with running a wheel up her spine, they told me that my old injury is causing e issues as well, even though they wheel thing (hooked to a computer) showed nothing in that region. Upon my questioning that, I was advised that it's an old injury (9 years ago) and wouldn't show up anymore..... hmmm very contradicting to their previous statement about my wife's injury. This was followed up by come back next week to look at your x-rays. We come back and were told to sit in a group presentation setting with a pushy sales pitch why they are the best and all the money we spend here will help.us with our deductible so our other doctors visits could almost be free, all this while telling us if we get "aligned" here for the rest of our lives we wouldn't need other doctors except for emergencies.... weird again right?!? Then finally into a private room to meet with the owner who shows us the x-rays and says our hips are not even - did I mention above that our feet weren't even on the ground and we both as mentioned above weren't wearing good shoes/boots, so of course there's a good chance our hips may not look straight if our feet weren't evenly on the ground. Next was another sales pitch of just spend over $5,000 in the next 12 months with us and we will see.what we can do but can't guarantee any results as your bodies have old injuries and may not take the treatment. Let's not forget here comes the family discount of $800 and another $300 off if we pay up front... Finally came the final push I was waiting for, as a salesman of 20 years. "Is the money a problem on your decision to move forward?" SERIOUSLY!!!! You have no idea of my finances and the fact if I can pay 3 years of "alignments " or need to pay by the week is none of your concern after meeting me for 15 minutes and only caring about getting paid instead of focusing on your treatment plan. This was followed up with pushing us into our first "alignment" for another 5 minutes. As if I wasn't on the fence once we hit the constant contradictions and group sales presentation! This is a definite NO for me as I felt like a dollar sign to them and not at all concerned about "healing "my body. We will gladly find a chiropractor that cares about the craft and not just hearing the cash register ring...

And…read morewhen I know I'm going to be here for a while this is my favorite place to stop the Buffett Cancer Center. They have such beautiful art and gardens. It's just so nice to forget you're in the hospital sometimes. I was having some testing done a couple of days ago and my Nurse Shamika, and radiology is the best. She was comforting, helpful, calmed my nerves and chatted with me while I was waiting for a quick test. Well not that quick. But she helped make me comfortable, I was able to relax and set my mind at ease. The other gals in radiology were also just as friendly and compassionate as Shamika. Oh, and I added pictures of my favorite cafeteria. If you're ever at this hospital for a long stay or at least a few hours. Stop by and visit the cafeteria on the third floor as you head to the lead Transplant center. The official name of this cafeteria is Nebraska Café. If you get lost, just ask someone for directions.

The doctor was excellent, describing the treatment options in detail and asking for my input. He provided full notes and I could also access everything in the UNMC MyChart app later. After the consult, following appointments with other UNMC centers were arranged quickly and efficiently. Huge, well equipped center. Louis was awesome. Although he didn't do anything unethical to pass me, he allowed me extra time to get my blood pressure down. And it was lowered significantly by the time we took the last reading.
