I've always felt that Valerie takes her time to make sure that any concerns or issues I have about my property is well addressed. Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant. We usually have a new tenant signed a rental agreement before the old tenant moved out. My investment house have been cash flowing nicely since my purchase.
