She then set up regular e-mails through the MLS for us to look at and let her know our thoughts so she could help narrow our search for the right home. When a house suddenly came available for us to get in on quickly, she was very quick with communication both on our end and with the builder. She made sure that we were the first in on this home because she knew it wouldn't last. Plus her standing positive relationship with the builder helped us out immensely to get in on it before the house even hit the market! Additionally, she celebrated the victories throughout the process including when out offer was accepted on this house and when we accepted an offer on the house we we selling, even though we were working with another realtor in another city for that sale. Lastly, Carmen did everything she could to help take the stress off of us. I was 6 months pregnant during the time we found a house and were closing. She did what she could to take things off of my to-do list to help make my life less stressful. She went above and beyond in this area. When we realized the house we were buying didn't come with blinds, Carmen called a blind company on our behalf, set up the appointment for the windows to be measured and managed all the communication with the company. We've decided to consult with an attorney. We never pay anything late, and our FICO is o er 800. They are scam artists.

Cleaners came 3 weeks after move in & vacuumed, mopped the floors, cleaned toilets and changed trash. They were there for less than an hour. After move in, they changed my house number. No notice was given, no lease amendment was signed prior to change. I found out when I got back from visiting family. I then was told "It's not a big deal just call the companies to get everything fixed on your bills". it took an entire morning (4+ hours) to get things fixed, with no compensation. I still do not have my mail key and I have been here 3+ weeks. Every time I ask, they tell me to go to USPS & it's not their responsibility. I went to USPS and they did not have the keys which I told were dropped off. Still no mail. Overall, not a great first impression. I am military & move around a lot. I would not recommend this property management to future movers. I love the builder, Maurice. He is very kind & attentive, he's actually assisted more with the utility switches than anyone. The place is great, minus all of the things listed above. Moving across the country starting over again at a new duty station, this has been less than ideal. Very much added stress that could have been avoided. I believe they moved me in way too early. ******** Within an hour of posting this, they did reach out to me and were incredibly professional & attentive to my feedback. I was assured it was taken seriously, so I do believe these issues will be completely resolved for the next tenant.
