This place actually explained what I had and what causes it / what I need to target and do to help heal and really helped me understand and learn about the problem. Same with the exercises, explaining how they will help and the muscles being strengthened etc. They really make sure you understand everything that is going on instead of diagnosing you and giving you a sheet of exercises. I had a total knee done and needed 15 sessions. You will get a full 'plan of care' with your starting flexation (I made that word up!) He measures strengths, angle of bend etc, so you have a baseline to compare. As you get stronger and more flexible - he will add more exercises to get you going to where you need to be. It seemed like she knew what she was talking about as a PT and I felt she knew where I was coming from as a fellow mom. She has a great dry sense of humor that was very personable in addition to being thorough and helpful. I paid my copay in the office after every appointment. On the last day they specifically told me I was paid up. But then months later they sent me a bill for $105. I called and explained that they had told me I didn't owe anything after my copay. They told me talk to my insurance. My insurance said that KORT was charging me two appointment charges (regular visit + re-evaluation visit) for a few different visits. I tried to dispute this with KORT, then they turned me over to collections. Seems extremely dishonest
