Asked for the picture attached. Got something completely different. Asked to have it fixed. They agreed. But then they cancelled my appointment to fix it and told me never to come back because they saw my 1-star review. I physically went and spoke to the owner, who raised his voice and belittled me for being in the military and not making enough money to pay another $300 to get it fixed. I eventually gave in and said I would delete the review so they'd fix it. It was fixed, but my hair felt dead, like dry hay. I had very healthy hair before. I fully expect the owner to comment on this and claim I am lying. I have nothing to lose so I'm telling my story again. Do not go here.

I really thought the teacher would have been more active in the haircut process! I asked for shoulder length cut and said "I'd like to be able to put my hair in a pointy tail"...after an extremely ROUGH wash with her arm smooshing my eyeball (omg germaphobe over here)... she put my hair in a ponytail and then CUTTTT!!!!!!! (*Also there was no communication error. Very cheap/affordable, HOWEVER you really do get what you pay for. I wanted a simple partial…read morehighlight but the stylist couldn't do it for me and completely left the back side of my head with no foils, and the left side has more so it turned out pretty blonde while the right side of my head is mostly brown. It looks off balance especially when it's pulled back!! When I asked for a couple extra to even it out, they told me that would turn it into a 'full highlight'. I shouldn't have to pay for the stylist's mistake, I would be completely fine with a small amount of foils if they were evenly distributed! The end result was not two foils away from being a full highlight, half my head is brown! And the last thing, when she was "done" blow drying I had to ask for the dryer to dry a piece underneath that was still dripping on my neck before I went home. I will not be coming back.
