I had asked that it be set up and running since I knew nothing about how to do that. I had received a 20% discount since the fountain had been there for some time. When it was delivered I was told the delivery charge did not include a set up fee leaving me with a fountain not running. I had bought a pump since one wasn't included. When I approached the owner with my dissatisfaction of the situation and the lack of customer service, thinking he would resolve the issue, he refused to set it up. If you purchase anything from this store get it in writing. They lost my business and any of my friends' business instead of just completing the job.

Installers were experienced, professional, and had to deal with hard wired old appliances. They hauled away old appliances and cleaned up the packing materials from new appliances. We shopped around and did our homework. Zellner's beat the big chain stores with service, stock availability, pricing, and associated expenses (delivery, installation, hauling away old appliances, new hoses/hardware). We love supporting small local businesses and this was a no brainer! Home Depot had no stock on hand and predicted a two week backorder, they wouldn't have uninstalled hard wired appliances, AND they actually cost more and charge more for delivery, installation and hauling away old appliances. True!
