As this is a larger store, they stock a variety of products and if something I look for is out the staff is always able to recommend something comparable as replacement. That said, it is rare for them to be out of things. One thing I really like about this location over others is they always have larger selection of clear protein products available. This store is always clean and consistently organized in way that makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. Be sure to sign up for their award program and earn points for each purchase. It's free and they keep track of your points. Once a point value is reached, Vitamin Shoppe sends an email containing an award coupon that can be redeemed on the next purchase.If you miss the email, no worries, when checking out at the register, provide your member number and any awards available are made known to the cashier and can be applied to your purchase. Although I showed proof from my bank statements that the online item has been paid for and no charge backs were made, Anastasia said my proof was not enough and to call Vitamin Shoppe customer service to confirm payment. After speaking with the representative, she confirmed to Anastasia that the online order has been paid in full and no charge backs were made. The representative also stated I was okay to pick up my online order. I also called my bank to confirm that there has been a charge with no charge backs. Although I showed my email with confirmation number & payment, bank statement, and called my bank to confirm payment, it was not enough proof for Anastasia. As a store manager, Anastasia lacked professionalism and actual help. As a store manager, Anastasia should have called herself to confirm payment instead of assuming the payment didn't go through, just because she thought it didn't go through. I was very disappointed with the attitude and little knowledge Anastasia knew about PayPal charges. This will be my last visit to this location as long as Anastasia is there.

Other stores in the Dallas area are lacking when it comes to freshness of their produce. Having worked in the produce department of a small grocer at one point of my life gives me the ability to tell when a produce department is well cared for. Next I like the fact that I can count on Natural grocer to meet my expectations when it comes to products offered. I second to produce find value in what they offer in the meet department. I on occasion will by ground beef here. The next thing I like is that they have a abundance of supplements here. I do wish they would carry more of a selection of sunfood and bobs redmill products. I have found myself having to order directly from the source at times to get what I FEEL that I need. One other thing that impresses me about this store is the granola aisle or bulk bagged goods section -- very good quality at a reasonable price. One negative thing that I HAVE noticed recently at this store is that the cashiers tend to whine about encounters that they have had with customers who they felt did not give the employee a pleasant experience . Being a person who has many encounters with customers during my daily routine, I would never dream of talking about unsatisfactory encounters with other customers in their presence. Some of the items here like pasta and little things are a little cheaper at Albertson's across the street so definitely found myself putting some stuff back and just opting to go to another grocery store. However, this grocery store is nice for a little quick pick me up when you're missing a few items for a recipe. It's even better when you can find items on sale. And don't forget to sign up for the reward system when you're checking out.
