I needed a full repaint of the exterior of my home along with all windows and my house is quite large. I also needed any and all rotted wood to be removed and replaced, and I had a lot of it as well. Kris has a welcoming demeanor, appeared very knowledgeable, and exuded confidence that he and his team would be able to complete my job and do it with excellence. Those were the bench marks (along with price of course) that I need when choosing a contractor for a job. The price wasn't cheap but it was definitely fair. Kris's crew came out and did a fantastic job with both the wood repairs as well as the the paint job. There was one hiccup with some miscommunication on their part but they apologized and made it right. That takes good customer service and they definitely have it! When it was all said and done, my house looks like an entirely new home. My family and I are very happy with the final result - It looks amazing! It is a big job, my home is 3 levels, and 360 Painting was hired to complete the work on the upper two levels (a second story, and some gables). Things started off well. The crew was here at my house most days. By the end of the first summer, my second level was mostly completed. Thing slowed down a bit during year two, the second level was completed, and work began on the 3rd level gables. During year three, the crew only showed up for a very small handful of days. I communicated with Sarah through email that I was expecting far more work to be done during year four. She stated that they would begin work as soon as the ground was firm enough for work to begin. However, the crew did not show up at all during the year of 2020, and no further communication was sent. Therefore, I'm sure that they are likely fine for smaller jobs, I would strongly recommend looking for a significantly more reliable company to complete more difficult projects.

We met with several companies, including some larger painting firms but after meeting Jerome it felt like a breath of fresh air. In the initial site visit/estimate we got to learn about Hansen painting co in which Jerome after 30 years of industry experience started his own company. Jerome was friendly, easy to talk to, detail oriented, professional and had a great sense of humor! He ensured in our meeting that we understood his process and had a clear understanding of the work he includes - as well he made super helpful suggestions regarding paint brands, finishes/sheen and helped my wife build confidence in all color selections. Jerome scheduled the work 2 weeks out. The first day they taped, covered everything and got right to it. Jerome was on site with his employees working with them the whole day and it was clear the respect his whole team had for him and how they adopted his values and craftsmanship. Jerome and his team finished full interior paint on our 3000sqft home 2 days ahead of schedule! The day before finishing, Jerome walked through with me and pointed out the small touch ups him and his team were completing the next day prior to closing out, and insisted we point out anything we were unhappy with, in which he called out anything I noticed and more. to be honest I was still in awe of the quality of work.
