We purchased a 2026 Ram Pick up from Elder Dodge Jeep Ram in May…read more We were so pleased with the Sales and Service team. Everyone that we encountered was so very kind and knowledgeable. We were travelling in our RV from Utah back to Florida when the transmission on the RV died on I-40. We called to see if they would be able to fix our Promaster. They arranged to have it towed to their location and they sent someone to pick us up so we didn't have to sit on the side of the road and wait on the tow truck. This was a blessing because we had our dog with us and I had a broken ankle and couldn't walk. They gave us a vehicle to use so we could get a room for the night and some food. Long story short, we decided to trade the Promaster in on a Ram pick up. Mr Elder and the rest of the team were amazing! They all went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had! They truly care about people!

When I went to pickup the truck the charges were $ 3806.95 . They charged me for 2 services, 67K maintenance & Fuel filter change that was never discussed or approved. I had another reputable shop look at the truck and those services were NOT performed. Alex Garcia the service manager gave me the run around for over 3 weeks, would never call me back. When I finally made contact with me he lied and said I did give authorize the work. The story has many more details, and I am glad to share if contacted.

They called me about an hour after I dropped my bike off saying that this aftermarket exhaust system wouldn't fit. I knew then that something wasn't right. They charged me a little over $200 for a poor piss of work.. However, I ended up putting this full exhaust system on my bike and I sent them a video to their email as proof.. The problem is, I'm not a mechanic but YouTube can show you how to do things, rt? Everything I said to them about how this exhaust system suppose to fit, everyone there discredited me and what I was saying. Now, they don't want to give me my money back. I will never take my bike to them again... I was told by one of their employees that they had no instructions to go on.. The issue what I with this excuse, I had no instructions as well.. Some things are not that hard to understand how it works if you use your common sense. If you didn't know what you were doing, I would have respected you more if you had said this from the jumped instead of screwing me out of $200 for a job that you never did do.
