It doesn't feel like they gouged us on the rush price, though. And the guy who delivered explained to us that we could get them for much cheaper printed on a roll, if we have more advanced notice next time. We were able to pay by cheque at the time of delivery, and I felt comfortable dealing with them.

My brothers wedding is next month aaaand he left it last minute.... humph! I went into the shop 10 minutes before closing and typically printers don't print jobs for you so close to closing and have you come back the next day, which has been my experience with other printing houses. When I entered I think the clerk could sense my panic. I told him what I needed and number of copies I needed, when he told me the price I was blown away at how reasonable the price were! Plus he even guillotine cut the copy too. The "other" shop couple doors down (I won't mention the name but it rhymes with stinkos) were much more expensive aaaand charged to cut the copy down to size, not to mention the copy was of poor quality. Not only was the copy good but completed promptly & no waiting til the next day for the job to be completed. I wish I had known about this place when I was still an INTD student when average price I would pay for that many colour copies on card stock would set me back at least $$$ from other repro-graphic printers. The job I submitted was colour copy on matte card stock and 15 pcs on 14x17 (?) came to approx. $40 with tax including the cutting down of the copy.

Due to COVID protocols, I could not go into the store, but I dropped the pages off and gave them my credit card. They said they would be back in a minute with the credit card, and since I was one block away from another store I needed to go to, I planned to head over there for shopping and come back to pick up when it was done. After 2 or 3 minutes, nobody had returned with my credit card, so I rang the doorbell to ask for it and out came my booklets! So fast and friendly! Going home, I saw that I had left out a few pages accidentally! I contacted Sylvie to see if I could bring it back to be added into the booklet, and she said no problem. I went back and the wait was also only a few minutes, and they didn't charge me for adding the pages! Sylvie was lovely through the whole process, very understanding, and focused on customer experience. Thank you for making this process so easy! I will definitely come back!

I sent a parcel from the UPS store in Peninsula Village in White Rock to West Vancouver on Friday…read moreApril 28th. I accidentally put in the wrong postal code on the "Ship To" part of the form. I phoned Customer Service on April 26th and they were supposed to have corrected it and said delivery would be the next day. It contained important tax forms for my tax return. Today is May1st and the package has still not arrived at the destination. I call Customer Service every day and I am assured it will be there the following day. It never arrives. Their excuse originally was that it had an invalid code. It was then changed and the tracking showed severe weather conditions. They have now deleted this and changed it back to invalid postal code. The severe weather conditions is an outright lie as in Vancouver and it's suburbs we have had warm sunny weather for over a week. Tp say their service is disgusting is an understatment. I will never use UPS again. What a waste of $26 and hours of time on the phone.

I pointed it out on the UPS app that it said "arrived at pickup location" , and after he went to check again, arrived no more than 10 seconds later with a smirk and look of embarrassment on his face. I happened to need some banners and business cards for a conference in Richmond so this one was the closest option. What could have been a simple job was dragged out over 3 days. The follow-up was poor and they did not follow through with what they promised. I ended up being charged twice as much as the original quote. Instead of apologizing they took half of business cards already printed to throw in the trash. Come on. Treat your customers well and they will return and tell their friends. Treat your customers poorly and they will never return and tell THE ENTIRE WORLD.

Today, I was charged for 16 pages even though I only printed 14 pages, and when I asked for an explanation, I was told that their machine charges (the full color rate!) for empty pages of a file too. Take your printing business to the library or elsewhere.
