Garrett S. took my phone call on a Sunday evening (during the pandemic) quoted me forty dollars for a meeting. He promptly showed-up at an agreed Star-Bucks, sat down, went over our documents, and offered a Jurat, providing more legal heft to our documents, which he did not need to do because I did not know a Jurat's strength. Luckily for us, Garrett did. He was thorough with our documents, provided us insight, and was courteous and stuck to the quoted price. A good, honest, decent man, Garrett S. is someone I would happily use in the future. I wish him well in his Doctoral pursuit. Thanks. read more

He is an incredible young man; his customer service is the best we have received in years. Issac is friendly, kind, and very efficient. He is always willing to provide the best service with genuine care; it would be great if there were more employees like him. Although we couldn't get the license right then--due to an issue where a document wasn't accepted by the system--he kindly explained what happened and helped us start the process to resolve the problem so we could eventually obtain the license. He then introduced us to his supervisor, Jose, who was also very kind and guided us on how to fix the situation, inviting us to return to the office to complete the process once the document issue was resolved. Both Jose and Issac were incredibly considerate and encouraging, making themselves available to help us in any way possible to successfully complete our application. People like them restore our faith in customer service; they are both excellent individuals dedicated to serving others. We truly appreciate their assistance and want to highlight them to you so you know you have two very valuable employees--please give them the appreciation and recognition they deserve for their work.
