He is always willing to provide the best service with genuine care; it would be great if there were more employees like him. Although we couldn't get the license right then--due to an issue where a document wasn't accepted by the system--he kindly explained what happened and helped us start the process to resolve the problem so we could eventually obtain the license. He then introduced us to his supervisor, Jose, who was also very kind and guided us on how to fix the situation, inviting us to return to the office to complete the process once the document issue was resolved. Both Jose and Issac were incredibly considerate and encouraging, making themselves available to help us in any way possible to successfully complete our application. People like them restore our faith in customer service; they are both excellent individuals dedicated to serving others. By the end of the day now, on average, I have 50% or more left. Where as before I had less than 10%. The gentleman looked at it, checked his inventory and told me how much it would cost and how long. About 30 min. I thought the price ($45) was fair and was very happy with the situation. I went to lunch at ihop close by and returned about 45 min to an hour later and it was fixed. Looks great, works well. I was very happy with everything I experienced and would highly recommend Recompute.
