I had to return a pair of shoes I ordered. I took them back a few hours after I received them with all paperwork that came with them. This lady had a fit at me because apparently the paperwork wasn't a receipt with a barcode. I pulled up the order on my phone. She then asked for my Boscovs card which I didn't have on me. She then snapped at me several times saying that if I'd had it she could return it. Otherwise she couldn't. I've returned there many times without my card. She just kept berating me until I told her to give me back my package because I was tired of her being so rude. It was completely unnecessary for her to speak to me as she did.
