The owner immediately greeted us and offered to show us around the store. She informed us that this store is an old bank, showed us where the old vault is, and gave us some additional history about the store. I was really taken back by how kind she was. My whole family really enjoyed walking around the shop. My sister found some stuff, my mom found things she really liked and I found some things as well. I purchased ramp salt, as I have never seen anything like that before and am always excited to try new foodie items. I also purchased two prints by a local artist that I absolutely adore. Overall, this shop has an incredible selection of unique gifts and treats and is worth seeing if you're in the area! Oh yeah, and there was a dog here when I visited- making it THAT much cooler!

She's wonderful, and I could readily see that she's put a lot of thought into the items she's curated. There's a small selection of local items, bespoke/one-of-a-kind clothing items as well as gift items such as bee's wax wraps, botanical oil, and lip balm. I highly recommend popping in, and I cannot wait until our next visit to the Davis area to see what new items are available and where Wendy's clothing making creative journey takes her! I am not sure if she still does since I haven't been in for a while, but if you still do, Hello :D I think I spend an hour or more in here every time I come to town looking at all of the artisans wonderful work. They have so many cool things to admire and buy here, truly! I look forward to stopping in soon :)
